I'm Louie Seager. For six years I worked at a senior level in recruitment — the person hiring managers actually listen to, sifting the shortlist, calling the candidates who made the cut and letting the rest know they hadn't.
I saw the same pattern every week: brilliant, capable professionals filtered out because their CV was structured wrong, their LinkedIn was invisible to search, or their outreach never got read. Small fixes. Huge consequences.
